We don’t like to brag, but our chili has actually won a couple of competitions. To be honest, they were smaller chili cook-offs, but there was no disputing the results by impartial judges. With that tidbit out of the way, we are proud of our Original Texas Style Chili that contains beef and pork (and no beans) in addition to some sauteed onion and garlic for that savory flavor when combined with our special blend of New Mexico Red Chile and other spices.

Our Vegetarian Chili is also a savory treat that will please even the most scrutinizing palette. Made with cauliflower crumbles and a bean trio, the New Mexico Red Chile, vegetables and spice combination will surely leave you wanting more. It is featured from time to time on our specials menu and is gluten free.
